What hinder marital bliss? What hinder marital bliss are result of issues that that may brings about conflict. Issues/causes of conflict in marriage are the things the Bible describes as little foxes.

What are foxes? They are little animals. Biologically we know them to be carnivorous animals (they are of the cat family), and as such should not be eating grapes. But our background text shows that have ability to destroy great vineyards. When foxes enter a vineyard they don’t beautify it, they don’t just play around and leave things just the way they were. No, they damage and destroy the vineyard.
Our marriages are like vineyards and there foxes that creep in subtlety/unnoticed with one single purpose – i.e. to scatter and destroy our marriages relationships. Foxes represent obstacles to blissful a marital relationship. Anything/problem that can disturb or destroy a loving relationship is a fox. It does not matter why foxes destroy vineyards. The important thing is that it is so often the little things that damage loving relationships.
Noticing the little forces that hinder marital bliss
Once there are foxes in the vineyard, a vigilant and committed Gardener soon notices their presence as he sees stems wildering, fruits and flowers falling prematurely, etc. Similarly, if a couple is sensitive, observant and committed to their marriage, they will always notice evidences of impending marital problems as soon as they arise.
The used of the phrase “catch for us” in the verse shows that the couple are jointly committed to tackling their marital problems. They wanted anything that could cause problem between them removed. They realised that it is often little things that cause the biggest damages in marital relationships.

Good preparation, keen watchfulness and giving meticulous attention to divine instructions will save you from becoming one of the prey. Prey of the terrible powers that have destroyed several homes today. No matter how tough a situation is, you will survive the topsy-turvy conditions of marriage. The moment you combine your personal efforts with divine resources, which are already made available to you, you will discover that your marriage will become a source of pleasure and joy rather than a source of pain and regret
