Grafted With Bogus Christianity
To be Grafted with Bogus Christianity can be said to be the mixture of the old and new. In agriculture grafting is a method of asexual propagation of plants. Grafting is accomplished by connecting of two plant species of different segment. This is done by joining the cutting (scion) of an improved variety of fruit tree onto the root (root-stock) of a local variety. The purpose of grafting is to improve the variety of crops. It is the coming of two species (the old and new) to become one.
A person whose old life has been grafted with a new one (a mixture of the old and the new Life) will be mistaking to a born-again Christian, this is simply because his life has become a positive improvement of the old life. A man whose life has been improved by reading goods books or by lesson thought by life experience.
Identifying a life that is Grafted With Bogus Christianity
Grafted Christianity is seen when the life of a person who claim to be born-again compare to the teachings of Jesus is questionable. Such a person is not genuinely born-again; they have not experienced the true birth, instead of a fresh start they have a mixture of the old and new. if anyone is in Christ will experience a fresh start of life that will pass through the stages of growth. Anyone who has an encounter Christ get a fresh start. To be in Christ is to be a new creation (Gal 6:15).
The Holy Spirit is The Agent of regeneration (Titus 3:5) and the Giver of divine birth (John 3:3,6-8). God’s new creative work begun in each one who believes in Christ.
The old life of slavery to self and sin has gone (2 Cor 5:16; cf. Rom 6:6-14; Eph 4:22; Col 3:9). The new life of devotion to Christ means that one has new attitudes and actions (cf. 2 Cor 5:14-15; Rom 6:4; Eph 4:23-5:2). The life of slavery to self and sin is a life that has been Grafted With Bogus Christianity
Becoming a Christian means there has been a turning point in your spiritual life.
Many people seem not to realize that experience of conversion is only a beginning of an exciting Christian life. Such Christian soon begin to stagnate in their new spiritual life and to notice in them the persistence of those habit that are repugnant to the Holy Spirit. Instead of growing they get themselves grafted to habits that are in disagreement with the recommended conduct in the Bible.
Emphasis of a life Grafted With Bogus Christianity
Grafted Christianity emphasize on charisma instead of character. emphasis of power without Purity. Over emphasis of praise to God they no longer pray to. emphasis on the gift of the spirit without the fruit of the spirit. Over emphasis on miracle without obedience to Christ.
People who want to follow Jesus and render service in the church but have not completely let go the things of the world. it is the very reason why we have leaders, pastors, deacons, music ministers in the church whose life are questionable. It is the very reason why we have music ministers in the church whose phone is full of circular music. They sing gospel in the church and sing circular in their closet. It is the very reason why we have drama ministers in the church whose life has not conform to the image of Christ. Their ministrations is just in drama. Sometimes, it is very difficult to correct such type of people because they will back UP their corrupt way of life with scriptural passages. They are self-defensive.
Now we look inside, and what we see is that anyone united with the Messiah gets a fresh start, is created new. The old life is gone; a new life burgeons! Look at it (2 Cor 5:17).
Grafted Christianity It is the type of life that escape the concept of spiritual growth and discipleship.
A tree grown from seed may take 8-10 years, but a grafted tree will only take 2-3 years. They escape the process of being a child and taking the spiritual milk. They will not summit to the process of birth and growth, a functioning of time and feeding. The curriculum of their spiritual will be faulty. There is no way a man will fulfill the purpose of God for his life if he escapes the process of growth.
Grafted Christianity is built on the opinion of men
Instead of a complete devotion to God. They idolize some specific men and turn their devotion to such men instead of God. Build their life and ministry on the opinion of men. They testify of men and not God. You can hear them saying these Prophet or Bishop, or Apostle is everything to me.
To conclude on this matter. BUT Note that the reason why you are prune (your old life is cut off), is so that a new life will grow forth in you.
(John 15:2-3 He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit, he prunes so that it will be even more fruitful.) So, get rid of this “yeast.” Our true identity is flat and plain, not puffed up with the wrong kind of ingredient. The Messiah, our Passover Lamb, has already been sacrificed for the Passover meal, and we are the Unraised Bread part of the Feast. (1 Cor 5:7-8)
1 John 3:1-10
SEE WHAT [an incredible] quality of love the Father has given (shown, bestowed on) us, that we should [be permitted to] be named and called and counted the children of God! And so we are! The reason that the world does not know (recognize, acknowledge) us is that it does not know (recognize, acknowledge) Him.
2 Beloved, we are [even here and] now God’s children; it is not yet disclosed (made clear) what we shall be [hereafter], but we know that when He comes and is manifested, we shall [as God’s children] resemble and be like Him, for we shall see Him just as He [really] is.
3 And everyone who has this hope [resting] on Him cleanses (purifies) himself just as He is pure (chaste, undefiled, guiltless).
4 Everyone who commits (practices) sin is guilty of lawlessness; for [that is what] sin is, lawlessness (the breaking, violating of God’s law by transgression or neglect — being unrestrained and unregulated by His commands and His will).
5 You know that He appeared in visible form and became Man to take away [upon Himself] sins, and in Him there is no sin [essentially and forever].
6 No one who abides in Him [who lives and remains in communion with and in obedience to Him — deliberately, knowingly, and habitually] commits (practices) sin. No one who [habitually] sins has either seen or known Him [recognized, perceived, or understood Him, or has had an experiential acquaintance with Him].
7 Boys (lads), let no one deceive and lead you astray. He who practices righteousness [who is upright, conforming to the divine will in purpose, thought, and action, living a consistently conscientious life] is righteous, even as He is righteous.
8 [But] he who commits sin [who practices evildoing] is of the devil [takes his character from the evil one], for the devil has sinned (violated the divine law) from the beginning. The reason the Son of God was made manifest (visible) was to undo (destroy, loosen, and dissolve) the works the devil [has done].
9 No one born (begotten) of God [deliberately, knowingly, and habitually] practices sin, for God’s nature abides in him [His principle of life, the divine sperm, remains permanently within him]; and he cannot practice sinning because he is born (begotten) of God.
